what do you use to draw?
procreate on ipad. the app comes with a live time tracker, which forms the basis of my commission rates as follows./how much are your commissions?
current rates are 40 USD/hour for all types of personal commissions. please contact me separately for further information on commercial commissions./after making an inquiry, how soon can i expect to receive a reply?

i am primarily operating through paypal and their invoicing system. as i am not based in the united states, methods intended for strictly american use cannot be accepted, sorry!

anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. except in the event of special circumstances that may prevent me from working as quickly (e.g. irl commitments, health issues, etc.), you can expect commissions to be usually completed within this timeframe./do you accept every commission request?
unfortunately, i do not. due to personal limits on what i can draw (as well as availability), i sadly have to be a bit picky with which requests to accept.
nsfw, anthro/furry, mecha, gore, and requests for detailed backgrounds are currently not being considered./do you respond to every dm/email?
no, sorry! i am always receiving a large number of messages across both my instagram and email inboxes (along with a lot of spam and junk mail in between), so i unfortunately only respond to inquiries i believe i can successfully take on at that time.
i nonetheless thoroughly appreciate every inquiry, and may be able to accept it at a later time if requested again.

all of my commissions come with a transparent background, or with a solid/gradient colour background upon request.
the reason background commissions are not accepted is due to their complexity and subsequent time taken (minimum 6+ hours), which can make total costs burdensome for clients.
if cost is not an issue and you would still nonetheless like to request a background in your commission, please consult me for further discussion./can i ask for typography/graphic design on my commission like you do for your personal pieces?
yes. the same hourly rate applies, and the additional time taken for typography/graphic design will be charged accordingly in your final invoice./can i bulk order/do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
as i like to focus on one commission at a time, i do not keep a waitlist nor typically accept bulk orders. the latter depends on my availability (and size of your order), so shoot me an email if you are after a bulk order and i will see what we can do.
bulk orders do not come with any discounts. i do, however, usually like to offer discounts to returning clients, so please feel free to contact me for another commission after your first one is complete./can i use commissioned artwork for NFT/cryptocurrency?
absolutely not. under no circumstances are clients permitted to use commissioned artwork from Eleven-Ten (including commercial commissions) for profits associated with NFTs/crypto. as it is strictly prohibited, legal action may follow in the case of commissioned artwork being used for cryptocurrency without my knowledge and/or permission./where can i see the terms and conditions for your commissions?
